Drop in hours 6:30AM-6:30PM Monday-Friday

*recovery room includes full access to space and use of foam rollers, ice, heat, weights, kettlebells, therabands, trx, bosus, compression boots, ultrasound, electrical stimulation,  vibration plate, stretching straps, trigger point tools, spinning bikes

*therapy sessions include your choice of:

30 minute of physical therapy, dry needling, nutrition consult, fascial stretching, joint injury treatment, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage or functional movement assessment

60 minute of personal training, private pilates or massage
